MOBILE UNIT SERVICES:
There is a mobile service charge for all customers for on-site service. A standard service call is $125.00. If you’re outside of our service area (50 miles), this fee may be higher. If the service is within 8 miles from our home location this fee may be lower. This allows us to fund and maintain our vehicles. This fee is collected from the customer even on warranty work; warranty only reimburses for parts and labor. All fees are required to be paid at time of service.
Many issues can be resolved in one trip. However, it’s possible we will need to order a part or return for another reason. In this instance, we obtain the parts as quickly as possible and schedule your final repair promptly. When this occurs, a second reduced mobile service charge may apply.
LABOR RATE:
Our hourly labor rate is $125.00 per hour for a NRVTA certified technician. All work has a one-hour minimum and is billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour. The mobile service fee is in addition to this hourly rate. Additional charges will apply for parts and/or materials that are used to complete any approved repairs plus tax and shipping. If you have questions or require clarification, please contact us so we can address your needs and concerns. All payments are due in full upon completion of the repairs. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, checks and ACH. There will be a Credit Card Surcharge of 3%. This will not apply for using the other forms of payment.
PARTS POLICY:
We purchase all parts from reputable RV parts distributors. There is no warranty on customer purchased parts. We try to maintain a stock of the most common items however, if a part needs to be ordered from our distributors for your repair, a shipping charge will apply. “Special Order” parts are non-refundable and require a deposit upfront. We only use OEM parts when if available.
PARTS | LABOR WARRANTY:
There is a 90 day warranty on labor. OEM parts are covered by the manufacture warranty. If a warrantied part becomes defective during the manufacture warranty period, the part is covered but labor and trip fee will apply to replace.
